Question: How long is the hire period and what is included in the price?

Answer: Yes you must be between 21 and 70 and have held a full UK licence for at least 2 years.

 

Answer: In addition to your driving licence you must produce at least one other form of identification. This can be a current utility bill or bank statement and for those hirers without the new photo card style licence, a passport or other photographic id is required.

Answer: In most cases this is not a problem but please have the details of any endorsements available at the time of booking, this enables us to assess any extra charges that may be incurred. Drivers with over 6 points or with endorsements for careless driving, no insurance or who have been disqualified previously cannot hire a vehicle. Drivers under the age of 25 require a clean licence.

Answer: If you require an additional driver there is a small charge of £6 - please contact us for further details; you must also replace the diesel that you use and an excess mileage charge applies should you go over 200 miles per day on all panel vans or 100 miles per day on Luton Vans. You are also liable for all tyre/puncture damage and also any windscreen damage and any damage to the box where applicable.

Answer: Our minimum hire period is 3 hours; this is available Monday to Friday and is NOT pre book able. Daily hires run from morning to morning (i.e. 9 30am to 9 30am) and are generally 24 hours in duration. We can offer some flexibility however please contact us on 0808 100 2309 to discuss your requirements. Our prices include vat, insurance and breakdown cover.
